HOW MANY BARTENDERS DO I NEED?
The industry average is about 1 bartender per 75 guests for wine and beer events. For a full bar 1 bartender per 50 guests with a bar back. (For wedding receptions and other big events, it is better to be wellstaffed with little to no waiting time for drinks.)

HOW MUCH LIQUOR DO I NEED?
Alcohol for catered function figure at 2 to 3 drinks per person.
Slow parties 2 drinks, 3 and sometimes 4 for faster past parties.
Example: A 100 TO 150 guest party should have a total of 3 drinks per guest.  Use the conversion scale below to help you figure how much liquor to buy for your guests.
 Conversion Scale:
  •  1 beer =1 drink
  • 1 bottle of wine = 4 drinks
  • 1 keg =144 beers
  • 1 liter of liquor = 33 drinks
WHAT TIME SHOULD THE STAFF ARRIVE?
The staff should arrive 1 hour before the event
to make sure all details are checks and ready to receive
the guests. The staff should leave 1 hour after the event
to clean up after the event.
HOW MANY STAFF WILL I NEED?
YOU SHOULD HAVE 1 STAFF FOR EVERY 15 TO 20 GUESTS.
WITH AN EVENT MANAGER TO MAKE SURE THE EVENT GOES SMOOTHLY.
